The 50 year old holly tree in our driveway had started to die and was looking very unsightly. Andrew liaised with the Council for permission to remove it as we live in a Conservation area. Once this was obtained his team came and removed the tree in record time. We have used the Tree Clinic regularly over the years. We always come back to them as they are efficient, knowledgeable and reliable.
Nick and his colleague conducted the job to our complete satisfaction. They were punctual, appreciative of our requirements and efficient.
A neighbour and I noticed that a 110 yr old Scots Pine had developed a dangerous lean. I urgently contacted Andrew on Saturday afternoon and despite being overseas he arranged for Alistair to assess the task first thing on Monday. The following Monday a team of five led by Jack came and spent two days taking the tree down. The skill involved was astonishing to watch. All the debris was removed leaving the garden nice and tidy. Both my neighbour and I were eternally grateful for such a responsive and professional service.

The team from Tree Clinic did a fantastic job as usual with our Autumn pruning requirements, which involved trimming some very tall cypress bushes and laurels and a rhododendron which had grown into a tall tree. They also cut down 2 trees contaminated with honey fungus and trimmed back an over-exuberant wisteria. All work was completed with speed and courtesy and the clear-up afterwards was efficient, as always, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to others.
Andrew’s team arrived early which was very convenient! They made sure during the work that I was happy and made adjustments if necessary. The clean up was excellent!

We have used Andrew at the Tree Clinic Surrey twice in the past few years for works on our mature Cedar tree. Andrew and his team have always been extremely courteous and highly professional. The tree in question is 19 metres tall and within 3 metres of our house so any works need to be carried out to an extremely high standard with great care taken and Andrew has never let us down. The tree has a TPO and Andrew has always dealt with the local council on our behalf. The most recent work was to fell the tree as there had been two limb failures in the past five years that caused damage to the property. Andrew arranged a team of highly professional and specialist workers including a large crane. They took great care not to damage the driveway or property in any way and the tree was felled and removed by the afternoon. I cannot recommend Tree Clinic Surrey highly enough and would never consider using any other tree surgeons for any future work.
The team were very courteous provided a very professional service and carried out the work on time and within the quotation budget and left our garden and drive in a clean and tidy state.

Trees Pollarded and reduced.
Trees were reduced in rear garden. The result was far better than we anticpated and the guys who carried out the work were amazing – so polite and professional at all times. Everywhere in the garden was left extremely tidy you would never have known four strapping lads had been up and down the garden for most of the day. They were also very careful going in to both our neighbours properties. We would not hesitate to recomment this company

Succesful Cat rescue from tree
I contacted Andrew at Tree Clinic Surrey to see if they could help with my cat that had been stuck up a tree for 24 hours. He was very kind and sympathetic. He came round within half an hour and another colleague James turned up shortly afterwards who climbed up and got him down. All professional with saftey harness. Cat fine thanks very much !

This was taken care for me so I didn’t have the bother. When approval was received, we booked in a date which was appropriate for me. I was having one tree felled and one new tree planted. Always find the crew keen to give a good service and they always deliver over and above. End of July, called Andy at 8 p.M. As a large oak tree limb had fallen and was blocking the driveway. He and a crew member arrived 30 minutes later, dealt with the problem and returned the next day with the chipper and truck to finalise the job. As always they left the site pristine. Thanks Andy. Great team and great job in tough conditions (rain and some wind). Always checked we were happy with progress and result. Two years ago Tree Clincic removed one of the trunks of an unusually large pyracantha which was entwined with a holly tree, against a fence and overhanging a neighbouring property. Happy to take equipment to nearby cul-de-sac to access rear of 4m high leylandii hedge (already pre-arranged). Used time efficiently to include trimming/cutting/thinning of various sizes of shrubs. A couple of areas i.E. Near compost bins, where no picking-up done, but this was minimal in the grand scheme of things. This is third year of using this company. They attended our property quickly to provide a quote (which was very competitive) and they were able to undertake the work with a very short lead time. The work was carried out with precision and all waste was disposed of, I would definitely recommend The Tree Clinic and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future work.
I found The Tree Clinic very helpful, prompt and reliable. They felled a large tree for us, where there was difficult access and worked steadily until the work was done. They also did a good job cleaning up the large amount of sawdust and cut the trunk into convenient sized logs at our request. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
The whole process was not stressful at all. From the quote to the pruning and felling of three of our trees, to the carting of branches through our London house (as there was no access). Everything done as planned. Results are great. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend the Tree Clinic to anyone needing a tree surgeon. They sorted out the permission I needed from the council and did an excellent job cutting back and re-shaping the trees. The garden looks 100% better and I will definitely use them again.

When we found our Mimosa laying across our garden shed we didn’t know where to start. Found on Google, The Tree Clinic arranged a very swift (no obligation) appraisal and given the dangerous state of the tree, offered to deal with the problem there and then. I came home from work and found the entire tree had been taken down and removed from the garden – no fuss.
An absolutely first class service – I would highly recommend the Tree Clinic to anyone in need of their help.
Just to say how pleased we are with the work that you guys did on our garden trees both front and back.
It is amazing how much light is now let into our lounge after the hedge and tree has been cut at the front and the same for the back garden, so much lighter!
The 2 guys that came along were very polite, very efficient, on time and tidied up after themselves really well, they also checked thoroughly what we wanted to have carried out before chopping anything down! I had visions of me picking up leaves, twigs and branches for the next few days but they cleared everything up completely!

I sent out a request for logs for our school to use as seating for a project. Andrew gave me a ring a day later to say The Tree Clinic were working in our area and could bring us some logs that day. We could even specify what size we wanted them.
Andrew kindly delivered the logs to our door later that morning and they are now taking pride of place in our playground.
